We at Never Been Trained are on a mission to help fellow “regular“ managers by making text, audio, and video content, and hosting in person sessions to improve leadership and management skills in the field of the manager in a small to medium sized business. We hope to build a community that inspires and makes a difference in peoples lives.
We are Mandy Mann and Christopher Mowers- managers in an retail/food service franchisee organization based in Lansing, Michigan.
Never Been Trained is a project formed by our own experiences in retail and food service management. Most management and leadership materials speak to those in the C-suite, or those who run their own businesses. We are creating something that we wish we had when we were learning how to manage!
